Concentration
Phil has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2009. Upon graduation from law school, he entered active-duty service in the United States Army, exercising his leadership skills in various managerial positions including, but not limited to, public affairs support, operations, communications, and outreach. He continues to serve our country as a United States Army Reserve Officer at the present time. At Olson and Olson, Phil serves as an attorney focused on municipal matters, including the provision of confidential and complex legal, executive, and administrative support to senior city management staff and elected officials. Among other tasks, he reviews policies and personnel actions for compliance with legal requirements, conducts research on complex legal problems and prepares legal opinions.
