Concentration
Denis is an expert in ad valorem tax litigation specializing in advising and defending governmental clients. He represents clients in matters and interests regarding property tax, ensuring that statutes and laws are applied correctly, fairly, and consistently. He works closely with commercial and industrial property owners in resolving disputes concerning tax valuation. He also works with single and multi-family residential communities regarding tax exemption matters such as homestead and agricultural circumstances.
