Concentration

Andrea provides legal representation to our clients in matters and interests regarding various issues that governmental entities face. Her litigation practice focuses on defending our clients in a wide range matters, such as civil rights violations, personal injury, property damage, nuisance, takings, land use, administrative proceedings, and pubic information requests, in state and federal trial and appellate courts.  Her ad valorem tax practice includes addressing tax exemption and other constitutionally-based challenges relating to valuation of commercial and industrial properties.
