Concentration
Allison focuses on all aspects of municipal litigation practice, from case inception to trial or settlement, and appeal. She defends cities and officials in state and federal court in cases involving complex land use and regulatory taking claims, zoning disputes, breach of contract claims, civil rights claims, due process claims, challenges to local regulations, annexation disputes, First Amendment claims, Texas’ Anti-SLAPP statute, code enforcement, claims of Texas Open Meetings Act violations, and others.
