Concentration

Denis is an expert in ad valorem tax litigation specializing in advising and defending governmental clients. He represents clients in matters and interests regarding property tax, ensuring that statutes and laws are applied correctly, fairly, and consistently. He works closely with commercial and industrial property owners in resolving disputes concerning tax valuation. He also works closely with owners of affordable housing to ensure they receive appropriate valuations and exemptions.
